This handle assembly comes as a kit including both LHW and RHW pivots, they are not labelled in the kit but you CAN tell them apart:
15B Standard Pivot (cranking with left hand) - the shaft of the pivot is smooth 15BL Left Hand Pivot (cranking with right hand) - the shaft of the pivot has a distinctive groove
